⚡ Rush 1 Day Delivery (Priority Service)

• Next-day delivery (Monday–Saturday)
• No Sunday collections or deliveries
• Orders must be placed before 10:00 AM (UK time)
• Orders after 10:00 AM ship next working day
• Rush orders are prioritised above all standard orders

Rush Delivery is designed for customers requiring urgent dispatch and priority handling.

⏱ Delivery Expectations & Contact Policy

If your order remains within the stated delivery timeframe, delivery update requests may be placed at the back of our response queue so genuine delivery issues can be prioritised.

🚨 Delays & Peak Periods

Courier delays caused by:

• Public holidays
• Severe weather
• High-volume sales periods
• Nationwide courier disruptions

are outside of PUREBRONZE_TANNING’s control.

During these periods, please allow up to an additional 2 business days beyond estimated delivery windows.

Rush services remain prioritised where courier operations allow.

🌍 Worldwide Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days.

International orders may experience delays due to customs processing or global courier conditions.

All customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

🔍 Order Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking details once your order ships.

Tracking updates begin once Royal Mail completes the first physical scan of the parcel.
Initial tracking activation can take up to 24 hours, and occasionally up to 48 hours if a courier scan is delayed.

❌ Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers must carefully check delivery details before placing an order.

Shipping labels are generated automatically using the exact address entered at checkout. PUREBRONZE_TANNING does not manually edit or verify addresses.

We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by:

• Incorrect addresses
• Missing information
• Outdated delivery details
• Typographical errors entered at checkout

If a parcel is returned due to address errors, reshipping fees will apply.

📦 Returned to Sender Parcels

If delivery cannot be completed, Royal Mail may return the parcel to us.

Please note:

• Returned parcels may take up to 30 days to arrive back depending on courier handling times
• PUREBRONZE_TANNING cannot accelerate courier return processes
• Refunds or reshipments are processed only after the parcel has been physically received and inspected
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable


📦 Delivery Responsibility & Rearrangements

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery handling transfers to the courier.

PUREBRONZE_TANNING is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from:

• Missed delivery attempts
• Customer-requested redelivery dates
• Redirected deliveries
• Parcels held at depots awaiting customer action
• Delivery rearrangements made directly with Royal Mail

Orders dispatched correctly within our processing timeframe do not qualify for refunds or compensation due to courier delays outside our control.

📍 Transfer of Delivery Responsibility

Once accepted into the Royal Mail network, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier.

Royal Mail tracking scans, GPS confirmation, delivery photographs, or safe-place selections are accepted as valid proof of delivery.

PUREBRONZE_TANNING is not liable for delivery outcomes resulting from:

• Safe-place selections made by the recipient
• Delivery instructions given directly to Royal Mail
• Customer absence during delivery attempts
• Post-dispatch delivery changes

🔒 Delivery Investigations

If tracking shows Delivered but the parcel is not located, customers must open an investigation directly with Royal Mail.

Courier delivery data remains confidential between Royal Mail and the recipient.

PUREBRONZE_TANNING will cooperate fully with official courier investigations where required.

📦 Damaged or Lost Items

If your parcel:

• Arrives damaged, or
• Is marked delivered but cannot be located
