Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in original packaging
• Items must be in the same condition received
• Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products unless faulty.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
• Entering the correct delivery address at checkout
• Monitoring tracking information after dispatch
• Arranging and paying for return postage where applicable
Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender
If an order cannot be delivered due to customer error (including incorrect address details, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery), Royal Mail may return the parcel to us.
Please note:
• Returned parcels can take up to 30 days to arrive back via the courier’s return process
• Refunds or reshipments can only be processed once the goods are physically received back and inspected
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• You will be notified by email
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days
If the returned item does not meet eligibility requirements, we will notify you.
Exchanges
We replace items only if defective or damaged.
